About Me

I completed a BSc in Mathematics at the University of Manchester before obtaining an MRes in Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine at the University of Liverpool. My MRes focused on biostatistics but gave me a unique insight into biomedical sciences and the challenges that statistics and AI can help solve. I am now coming to the end of my PhD where I studied prediction modelling using deep learning. I have mainly focused on utilising longitudinal imaging data for prognostic modelling. My aim is to create clinically useful and statistically valid models using a combination of deep learning and traditional statistics to aid clinicians. Currently, I am working as a medical statisitcian with Prof Sue Mallett at UCL.

Main skills:

Python (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit)

Tensorflow

R (GGPlot, Shiny)

MATLAB

Latex

Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, SUSE)

GCP eLearning Certificate

PIL Category B Certificate
